FRM Members Day 2016
Each year, a special day celebrates the great work of the Friends of the Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania and its members. This year the program will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2016.
Activities include speakers, special events, book signings, and an evening recognition dinner. During the course of this one day, members may enjoy a highly informative and entertaining education and enjoyment of railroading, past and present.
This year's speaker at the annual banquet will be Rush Loving Jr, author of “The Men Who Loved Trains,” a prize-winning book on the battles for control of the northeast’s railroads over the past half century. “The Well-Dressed Hobo” is his most recently published book.
He will also be available for signing his books that afternoon. Copies of his books may be ordered now, with special pricing for FRM members, by using this order form.
In 2008, the Norfolk Southern Business Train was on site for our celebration.
