You can help make a world-class museum even greater!
The
progress of the Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania rests on three financial
supports:

Basic
operating and infrastructure resources provided by the Pennsylvania
Historical and Museum Commission, an instrumentality of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and owner of the Museum.

A
continuing and strong effort of the Friends of the Museum (FRM),
involving contribution of tens of thousands of skilled volunteer
hours, financial support and advocacy efforts. As a non-profit
501(c)3 organization, the Friends organization is able to apply
for and accept grants, with certain tax benefits available to
the donor.

Direct
financial contributions from individuals and corporations.
Such support has included donation of railroad equipment, significant
exhibit materials, contributions dedicated to certain purposes,
and general support arrangements.

Gifts
to the Museum may be made to the Friends of the Railroad Museum
in cash, securities and many forms of personal property in unrestricted
form or directed to specific needs of the Museum. In addition to
the Friends' Annual Giving Program (ALL
ABOARD), the permanent Endowment Fund, deferred giving options,
memorial and naming opportunities also are available to the donor.
Donors may support education, preservation and library/archives
development, sponsor special events, endow staff positions and underwrite
exhibitions and publications. For more information, contact

ABOARD - Annual Giving Program of the Friends of the Railroad
Museum
What is ALL ABOARD?
 ALL
ABOARD is the annual fund drive
of the Friends of the Railroad Museum and consists of contributions
from individuals, corporations, railroad associations, civic groups
and many others.
The
campaign is conducted annually; contributions are welcome at any
time. Each year, we suggest certain priority areas for contributions, such as restoration of this historic PRR locomotive No. 460.
